Welcome to

Connecting communities through science and education for cleaner air and greener futures
AirSense brings together teachers, students and schools who want to combine hands-on making, real science and environmental action in the classroom.

The project helps educators create learning experiences where students build their own low-cost air quality stations.
Students will work with sensors and digital tools, and explore what the air around their school really looks like.
Instead of only learning about sustainability, students investigate it themselves and use real data to understand local challenges.

AirSense connects schools through an online platform where air quality data can be shared and compared across Europe. Students analyse results, discuss patterns, and reflect on how air pollution affects health and wellbeing. They are encouraged to turn evidence into awareness and local action.
